  • We accept secure online payments via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Visa, Mastercard, and other supported methods.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary.
  1. Delivery & Shipping
  • Free delivery is available on orders over Rs. 5,000 within Pakistan.
  • Orders below Rs. 5,000 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of Rs. [Insert Amount].
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery times range between 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or logistical issues beyond our control.
  1. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied:

  1. Return Eligibility:
  • You may return your order within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Clearance or discounted items are non-returnable unless defective.
  1. How to Return:
  • Email us at returns@ferum.pk with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, ship the item to our return address (shared via email).
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
  1. Refunds/Exchanges:
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • You can also opt for an exchange or store credit.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences.
  • Sizes are based on standard Ferum sizing charts — please review before purchasing.
  • We are not responsible for errors due to customer-entered incorrect sizes or addresses.
